We welcome you to use our indoor heated loading bays which are a convenient amenity allowing you to back up you moving truck or vehicle to within steps of your storage unit. We also offer moving dollies which will make navigating our wide hallways an easy way to roll up to your storage unit. Our facility is located on 1st Avenue about 10 blocks north of the Midtown Plaza.

I rented a unit at the Portage Avenue location online. When I went to pick up the lock and get my code, I realized the unit would not work for my needs. Diana and Della were super helpful and checked availability at the other two locations. They found a unit at the 1st Avenue location that was easily accessible, close to the loading dock, and climate controlled. The location is super clean and the unit looked great. They have moving carts, ramps, docks, etc. and made it very easy to load/unload items. (There is also a washroom, which is super convenient after a long day of moving!) The only thing to consider is the after-hours access. If you have a unit close to the main doors and loading dock, the after-hours keypad is at the opposite end of the building. You have to enter, then walk down a long hallway with motion-activated lights, then get in the elevator and go down to the main floor. I did not like that aspect, especially if you are alone.

Great place to store personal belongings! Clean, secure, and easy to access. They also have moving carts inside so that you can easily bring your things to your unit
Shelley was awesome!!
She was very straightforward and made the whole process easy to manage, I Highly recommend!

Recently went in & spoke with Toni & Shelley, these 2 ladies were a great duo to deal with, super friendly, extremly helpful & answered all my questions with ease.
These 2 lovely ladies even gave me guidance on a rather sensitive matter to do with my father in law & the locker contents & for the first time in a number of years my mind is 100% completely at ease with the help & information they provided to us both.
Toni & Shelley thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help & patience with all our endless questions. You ladies both are beyond helpful & very knowledgeable.
The customer service world needs many more people just like you two. Don't ever change, as you both rock just the way you are now.

Toni is absolutely magnificent. She's super sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and has a great sense of humor! Absolutely loved this as a first time experience.
Units are on a month by month so you're not stuck in a contract.

I just rented a unit here and I cant express how happy I am with that decision, toni and the rest of the staff were amazing to deal with, very happy and golucky, the customer service was unmatched and they were happy to help id recommend storage mart on 1st avenue purely for the experience and laughs i get to share with all the workers if your looking for a place to store your shit look no further great price and care everyday!!!! Toni will be your spirit animal within the first 2 minutes of walking in choose any other location and you'll be missing out!!!!
