StorageMart

I have been a customer at Storage Mart on 11th in the past and that is a big reason I returned today. I was pleasantly greeted by Pat. What a lovely human being! I had made a reservation at a different location and after driving by, I just knew I should keep it simple and go back to the great service I had previously received. Pat helped me set up the account, got me into a unit, and had me on my way in a jiffy. It was a smooth, seamless transaction. Definitely recommend the services.

The process of renting the unit was pretty effortless. I had already checked availability on the website, but didn't want to finalize our before going in. Lucky for me, it's open Saturdays. The helpful and friendly clerk/associate advised me that she wouldn't be able to offer the same price that I saw on the internet, but could book on the internet while she got the process started, so that's what we did. I rented a space to park my vehicle and left, so can't really speak to the actual experience of having storage there for some time, but will update some day. Seems very secure Ash's well managed.

Pat is wonderful to deal with. Always has a smile on her face. Great customer service. Storage mart has great spaces to rent, would to recommend to anyone needing storage

PAT in Saskatoon Saskatchewan gives top notch customer service that in this day and age is lacking. Always very friendly and polite with a memory that everyone should wish to have. I hope this gets noticed by the owners and she gets some recognition
