I was in need of a storage unit to store . I called the number on the website and the guy was great he asked the right questions so he could find the size I needed. Once that was done I received all the paperwork emailed to get the space. It ended up that I didn’t need the space and I when to the office in Saskatoon and they canceled the contract is a very professional manner and of course told me if I ever needed anything to just call them. I had a great experience dealing with them.

From the moment walking in through the doors, I was welcome by too kind and friendly ladies. They asked me what I was looking for, and I really didn’t know so they gave me some suggestions different prices and even help me make the obvious right decisions they didn’t trick me to paying more or less, they’re extremely honest and helpful. The Office was very well kept tidy and clean and as the same for the grounds, the units are on.
I even had an incident where the gate didn’t open for me and they were quick to fix the problem. Explain to me what happened. Told me it never happened before and also Help me out for the inconvenience of me showing up there and having to drive back home with my belongings
