Mini Mall Storage at this location was effective for our temporary needs.
Arlene was the on site staff member who assisted us completely. Her bubbly personality and efficient manner helped make the process much easier. She spent time showing us the various units to ensure we rented the correct one to suit our needs, and helped us breeze through the paperwork efficiently. Judi assisted us efficiently over the months as we were out of country with continued payments and inquiries with the same great personality making the process enjoyable and stress free. It is wonderful in this day and age of non customer service to interact with staff members, such as Arlene and Judi who cares and deliver great customer service to the clients engaging their business.

I have been using this facility for storage for over 10 years. Always been pleased with the experience.
Especially since the new ownership of a couple years ago. All the staff are professional, knowlegeable, and unfailingly friendly. I especially have enjoyed dealing with Arlene, always smiling, friendly, and she remembers my name and unit#! I could pay online, but I usually come in person just to see Arlene once in awhile, she always brightens my day!

Arlene & Judie are so helpful! We are glad that we met them, they made the process easy and stress free! They are patient in showing the available storage that will work for us.And we even met the manager Konstantinos, he is humble and great guy! I highly recommend this place. If there an option to give more than 5 star we would.
