Our office staff are fully trained in sales. Customer service from our staff is number 1 our customers come Frist. Come around look at our units let our staff walk you through it. We do our walk thru on all units , if there a concerns we contact our customer.

Mini Mall Storage at this location was effective for our temporary needs.
Arlene was the on site staff member who assisted us completely. Her bubbly personality and efficient manner helped make the process much easier. She spent time showing us the various units to ensure we rented the correct one to suit our needs, and helped us breeze through the paperwork efficiently. Judi assisted us efficiently over the months as we were out of country with continued payments and inquiries with the same great personality making the process enjoyable and stress free. It is wonderful in this day and age of non customer service to interact with staff members, such as Arlene and Judi who cares and deliver great customer service to the clients engaging their business.
