I had a great experience with Mini Mall Service. Their team was very accommodating and took the time to provide different options and packages that suited my budget, which I truly appreciated. There was a small glitch in their booking system that resulted in my card being billed twice. However, the staff immediately apologized for the incident and courteously explained how the credit would be applied to the following month’s bill. Their transparency and professionalism made the situation stress-free.
The space I rented was clean, well-maintained, and secure. Their staff Ayushi was consistently courteous and kind, Bharat who regularly check in to make sure everything is going well and to see if there’s anything else I need and Rhodora who assisted with my booking and extended help if I assistant to move stuff. I also rented a Uhaul van with them which was a service that I inquired as I am honestly not sure it was a part of their service but they were able to provide it. The Uhaul van is clean with a full tank and was available for pick up in this branch.
Overall, a positive experience and excellent customer service.

I visited Mini Mall Storage in Saskatoon and met Rhodora. She was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy for us. Really great customer service! Highly recommended

I have used Mimi mall several times throughout the years. I have always been satisfied with their service. Unfortunately three hikes in the monthly rent in less than a year was too much to handle. The cost went from $155/month to $229/month. This increase in my opinion was just unacceptable.

Staff is very accommodating specially Ms.Rhodora and Bharat..They have good rate for the storage and the area is clean..highly recommended.. 👍🏻
