Stay Away! Supposedly this place changed ownership recently and has been scamming their existing tenants in the dead of winter. I have heard multiple people talk of two rent increases in the last six months with rent now doubling what they were paying in the summer. Don’t be fooled the price on the website is to get you in the door then the knifing starts shortly thereafter. This facility hasn’t seen upgrades in twenty years and half the cameras apparently don’t work.
FYI - Judie and Arlene were the best to deal with but both got turfed.
Edit to their reply - Nobody in the Saskatoon area has doubled their rental rates. Your website still lists the same prices as last summer but yet your current customers are being billed over double that rate. We spoke to your office and you gave a list of lies for your rent increase claiming upgrades. It is corporate greed and tells a lot about how you conduct business when you double the rent after someone signs up. The two ladies you let go were the best thing you had going for that place.

Judie and Arlene are the best. Really accommodating and I am so happy with their service. Nice people and very respectful. Happy faces all the time. Answer all my questions… I will recommend this place. It’s clean, no mouse, no anything. I really appreciate them for calling when it’s time for payment. They are lovely and I can’t thank them enough for the quality of service.

I walked in today needing immediate access. Milton was extremely helpful and accommodating. Wish I had found Mini Mall sooner!

I visited the Mini Mall Storage Facility and the staff Judie & Arlene was very friendly, polite and helpful in explaining the various aspects of the storage space available for the Clients including students , Business Owners and communities. Extremely fairly priced. I will definitely recommend the Facility.

Judie and Arlene are very helpful in the office! There has been no worries since I have started with them in May. Absolutely above my expectations in customer service! This place will get my continual business in the coming years 😊
