I _LOVE_ that you can reserve, AND even rent a unit, online. IMMEDIATELY. And then head right over and toss your stuff into storage, without additional time at filling out paperwork. They provide a gate code, and the code to your (temporary) lock that's already in place. And then just put it in the "lock box" on your way out.
Nice facilities. Good paving. Nice wide rows between.
Only Con: that the combo pad to exit isn't "drivers door reachable" straight in line - but off to the side. Either that or stopping, getting out, and walking 6' to punch in your numbers to exit. Lol.

I have used Mimi mall several times throughout the years. I have always been satisfied with their service. Unfortunately three hikes in the monthly rent in less than a year was too much to handle. The cost went from $155/month to $229/month. This increase in my opinion was just unacceptable.

We ran out of space so Colin helped us with another unit and he was very helpful. Whenever we stop in Colin greets us with a smiling face and always solves our issues. Both Colin and Judie are wonderful to deal with. So sad that Judie has left your company. Best of luck Judie.

Judie, the manager, was very professional to talk with, very friendly, worked fast, and was very accommodating. Even when our calls were after her office hours, she entertained us. The service was excellent, and I loved the flat rate that was offered, so I knew exactly how much I would be paying with no surprises. The whole experience was great and clear from the in-house quote to the end of the move. I would recommend this company to others.
