If I were able to provide a rating of ten stars, I certainly would. I had reserved a parking space for my car, as I was about to embark on a vacation. Unfortunately, upon attempting to park, my car encountered difficulty due to the ramp's incline. Given my urgent need to reach the airport, I promptly contacted the manager, who arrived within ten minutes. Despite our efforts, the car remained stuck. The manager then requested a brief two minutes, and he promptly assigned me a different parking space, allowing us to safely park my vehicle. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to arrive at the airport on schedule. I extend my sincere appreciation to the manager for his exceptional support.

Stephanie is great to deal with. She is professional, friendly and I didn’t have to ask any questions because she fully explains everything. Stephanie also took the time to show me more than one storage unit! Definitely a good experience !

She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me choose the right unit size for my belongings. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and easy. “Access Storage at 121 Gyles is top-notch! The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, and I especially want to commend Darren, the manager. He goes above and beyond for his clients, making sure everything runs smoothly and that your needs are taken care of. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service— The office is squeaky clean and well-organized, and the storage units are just as tidy. The driveways to each building were very clean with no clutter or garbage in sight. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Highly recommended!”

We have never used storage units before but needed one to store our University Students stuff for the summer. Looked online, and called and booked easy and then showed up, filled out paperwork and dropped stuff in the unit. Bought a lock onsite and set up monthly payments. We had good service. After using all summer the moved out, was super easy. Will do again, well worth not moving everything back and forth. thanks for the storage unit
