If I were able to provide a rating of ten stars, I certainly would. I had reserved a parking space for my car, as I was about to embark on a vacation. Unfortunately, upon attempting to park, my car encountered difficulty due to the ramp's incline. Given my urgent need to reach the airport, I promptly contacted the manager, who arrived within ten minutes. Despite our efforts, the car remained stuck. The manager then requested a brief two minutes, and he promptly assigned me a different parking space, allowing us to safely park my vehicle. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to arrive at the airport on schedule. I extend my sincere appreciation to the manager for his exceptional support.

The staff was very informative and helpful, patiently explaining policies and our contract. The facility is clean and well maintained. We had a small concern, which was addressed and solved promptly.
I would rely on the Saskatoon facility in the future if needed.
When we were finished with our rental, the cancelation process was seamless.

Stephanie is great to deal with. She is professional, friendly and I didn’t have to ask any questions because she fully explains everything. Stephanie also took the time to show me more than one storage unit! Definitely a good experience !

I had a fantastic experience with Access Storage! Stephanie Melney was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me choose the right unit size for my belongings. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and easy. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-organized. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service — highly recommend this place if you’re looking for storage with peace of mind!

We rented a storage unit for the past 9 months and we very happy with the team and facilities. We hadn’t visited the unit for 9 months and the space was not only clean, but there were no signs of accumulated dust on our enclosed items even after 9 months.
I also want to mention how pleasant the office team was and I highly recommend them for your long term or short term needs.
We as a human race accumulate way too much stuff, but thanks to Access Storage… out of sight… out of mind. LOL. E-Bay here I come.
