Wonderful and helpful staff. Used for a short rental and had a great overall experience.

OK. They assigned me a storage unit on the second floor, which is acceptable when the elevator is functional. However, there was no communication, no general email about the elevator being out of service on the day of my scheduled move. Consequently, my moving company imposed extra charges due to having to use the stairs, which were not included in my initial quote. Additionally, because of the stairs, some of my heavy furniture sustained damage. While others may have had positive experiences, mine was unfortunately not one of them.
