I don’t usually write reviews, but Access Storage on Piggott Crescent in Saskatoon, SK earned this one from the first call to move-in day, the experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused.
The Staff/Service here is exceptionally friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me right-size my unit, and walked me through everything very thoroughly, including fully explaining all documentation, promotions, monthly rates, insurance and lock options very clearly, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
They had packing supplies on-site, made great recommendations, that really helped me decide on the unit size that would work best for me, and followed up after move-in to make sure everything was proper, and that kind of follow up is rare.
The property is very well maintained. The doors and latches worked smoothly, and there was no noticeable odors in the unit from previous rentals. There is secure gate access, cameras throughout, and I felt safe accessing my unit in the evening, and the gate/keypad also worked on the first try every time, and the wide lanes for larger vehicles, and being able to park close to the stoarage units is really great compared to other places with indoor storage options.
It was an absolutely flawless experience from booking to move-in. This place is truly the gold standard in storage options. The pricing is also really great for the security and piece of mind you get, so If you want a clean, secure, and professionally run storage facility with staff who actually care, then make sure you check out Access Storage!

10 STARS 🌟 Can I say how efficiently this business is running? I needed a place for 10 days to store furniture without spending a million. And best believe we were underpriced. I highly recommend Access Storage. The facility is very well maintained, highly secure and the staff went above and beyond to meet my requests. The units were very easy to access, even for my movers. I would rent here again, should the need arise.

Service was phenomenal throughout entirety of renting. The combination of new, clean, odorless storage units, scoring a great deal, crystal clear terms and conditions, and customer service gets this place 5 stars. If I need storage in Saskatoon again I will be renting here.
